NONJUDGMENTAL ATTITUDE
Coaching is not about judging right or wrong. My position is to coach the real you to get the life you want.
LENGTH OF WORK TOGETHER
This depends entirely on you and the work you are willing to put into it. Some of my clients get what they want after a
month, others use coaching continuously. My experience is that, even though clients notice quick results after a view
sessions, a commitment of at least 3 to 6 months gets the best long lasting results.
LENGTH OF SESSION
Each session will be 45- 60 minutes. In order to be able to value and respect your agenda, other clients’ agenda and my agenda I will keep time during the sessions. I will tell you when we are almost at the end of our session so this will give us time to summarize and set goals for the next session.
EXTRA TIME
You may email me between our scheduled calls if you, have a quick problem, or cannot wait to share a success with me! I enjoy providing this extra service and do not bill regular clients for additional time.
PROCEDURE
When you have decided to invest in yourself and your success, I will sent you my Welcome Packet. This has all the information and tools you need to get us of to a good start. Before each session you fill in the Pre-Coaching Prep-Form (in the Welcome Packet) and email this to me the workday before our scheduled time each week.
At the time of our session, you will call me on the number provided. Please call from a quiet place so you can
concentrate on our work together.
Please turn of your radio, TV, computer or anything else that will take away your full concentration. Make sure you are completely present for the session.
Please be on time.
Please do not use cell phones or speaker phones for our session since they often break up or make hearing difficult.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
I want the very best experience for you. Please commit to making our appointment. If an unusual situation occurs and you need to reschedule, please give me at least 24- hour advanced notice. As with any professional service business, the session will not be rescheduled if missed without a 24-hour notice. If you call later than the scheduled time, the session will still end at the originally designated finish time, as I have clients scheduled in regular time slots. If it is an emergency, we will work around it.
CONFIDENTIALITY
I guarantee complete and total confidentiality. I completely respect your privacy and I recognize that you may have the following: future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information and other proprietary information. I will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any information for my own benefit, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information to any third party unless required by law.
Contact information may be provided to the ICF for certification purposes only. This will not be done without your explicit written consent. No personal information will be disclosed.
ONE LAST THING
My coaching practice is primarily built through word-of-mouth referrals from happy clients who: 1) immediately and consistently see results, 2) understand the value of coaching and can articulate it, and 3) like to share good resources with others. I kindly ask that, once you start seeing outstanding results yourself, you also take an active role in referring others. Your referrals will be graciously treated and warmly appreciated.
