The coaching services I provide are usually over the phone but can definately be done face-to-face as well.
Sessions are once a week during a time that is convenient for us both. Sessions take 45-60 minutes. During the first session we will asses your goals, wishes and aspirations. This is when the fun starts and we get to create, manage and have some fun!
Some clients choose to use coaching continuously others get what they want after a month. My experience is that the best and long lasting results are achieved within 3 to 6 months.
Most clients will begin to see the first results within a few sessions provided they are willing to take action.
Coaching can be paid for by the hour. Monthly packages, specials and custom made packages are available. Payments can be done through Paypal.
